How to Make Dill Pickle Dip
Prep your Ingredients
I’m a big fan of mise en place before I start a recipe. This means having all of my ingredients prepped and set out before I start creating.
So, we’ll start by grating our cheddar cheese, cooking and dicing our bacon, deseeding and chopping our jalapeños, and dicing our pickles.
Be sure to reserve some pickle brine from the container in case you want to use it to thin out the dip at the end.

Whip the Dairy
This recipe calls for a million types of dairy, and we’re going to use a hand mixer to blend them all together.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning and cheddar cheese together.
Stir in the Mix-Ins
Now, stir the chopped scallions, diced jalapeños, diced bacon and chopped pickles. And that’s all!

Serving Suggestions
Serve this dip with your favorite crunchy snacks. I love using kettle cooked potato chips, pita chips, pretzel chips and crackers.
It’s also great with raw veggies! Try carrot sticks, celery sticks and cucumber rounds.
Go fully on-trend and serve this dill pickle dip out of the Grillo’s container, or make it picture-perfect by serving it in a pretty bowl with fresh dill for garnish.

Variations
One of the reasons this recipe went viral is how easy it is to customize. Try these variations:
Spicy Pickle Dip. Add a few dashes of hot sauce or red pepper flakes to add extra heat. Grillo’s even makes hot dill pickles that you could swap for the regular ones.
Turkey Bacon Pickle Dip. Substitute turkey bacon for regular bacon in this recipe. (This is what I do.)
Briny Pickle Dip. Use that reserved brine to add extra flavor and smooth out the texture of this chunky dip.

Storage Instructions
Spoon this dip right back into the Grillo’s container for storage, or store it in any other type of airtight container.
It will stay fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge.
