How to Make Cottage Cheese Queso
Whip the Cottage Cheese
Use a food processor, high speed blender or immersion blender to whip the cottage cheese until it’s completely smooth.

Combine Everything on the Stove
In a medium saucepan, combine the whipped cottage cheese, grated cheddar, taco seasoning and can of Rotel (you don’t need to drain it).
Set the saucepan over low heat and gently stir the ingredients together until the cheese melts and the queso is smooth. It’s that simple!

- 1 10 oz. can Rotel
- 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
Instructions
- Place the cottage cheese into a food processor and whip until very smooth.
