Boil and drain the pasta according to package directions for al dente.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onions and saute until softened. Add the ground turkey and brown, breaking up with a wooden spoon while cooking.
Stir in the onion powder, tomato paste, paprika, cumin and salt. Remove from heat and set aside.
Make the Butter Sauce
Melt butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Stir in the chopped mint, paprika, red pepper flakes and salt. Remove from heat and set aside.
Make the Yogurt Sauce
Combine the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a small bowl.
Assemble the Dish
In serving bowls, layer the pasta, yogurt, ground turkey and butter sauce. Top with chopped cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley.
