Slice each banana into 8-10 pieces. Place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or wax paper. Freeze the bananas for at least 15 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. If using a microwave, heat in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until smooth.
Using a toothpick, dip each frozen banana slice into the melted chocolate. Place the bananas back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Put back into the freezer for at least 15 minute.
Spoon the peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 20-30 seconds until it loosens up. Drizzle it over each frozen banana. Return to the freezer to set, at least 15 minutes.
