Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Butter Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 12 oz. packages prepared pizza dough recommend Pillsbury
  • 3/4 cup +2 Tbsp. softened butter
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine 3/4 cup butter, garlic powder, parsley and salt. Mix well. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the mozzarella and cheddar.
  • Roll the first pizza dough into a rectangle shape and cut it into 12 squares. Spread some softened garlic butter on each square and top with grated cheese mixture. Repeat with the second pizza dough so that there are a total of 24 squares.
  • Stack the squares on top of each other so that you have 4 stacks of 6 squares each.
  • Gently transfer the dough stacks into the prepared loaf pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 25-30 minutes.
  • Melt the remaining 2 Tbsp. of butter and use a pastry brush to brush the top of the loaf. Sprinkle with sea salt.
