Drain the chickpeas. Rinse under water and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Spread the chickpeas out onto a baking sheet and allow them to sit for 10-15 minutes to dry out.
Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Air Fryer Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.
Follow same preparation as for conventional oven.
Air fry for 25-28 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
