- 1 lb. smoked fish trout, mackerel or other white fish
- 6 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery diced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
- 1 Tbsp. pickled jalapeño peppers diced
- 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- a few shakes of hot sauce
Using a fork, flake the fish into small pieces.
Dice the celery, bell pepper and jalapeño peppers.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay and hot sauce until smooth.
Gently fold in the diced vegetables and flaked fish. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
