Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Wing Sauce

  • 2/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Combine all the flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss the wings in the flour mixture to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Arrange the wings on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, until golden brown.
  • While the wings are in the oven, make the sauce: Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil, whisking constantly.
  • Reduce heat to low and allow the sauce to thicken slightly, about 2-3 minutes. Place the baked wings and sauce in a large bowl. Toss to coat. Serve warm.
