Ingredients
  

  • 2 3.75 oz. cans sardines
  • 8 oz. cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 shallot
  • 3 Tbsp. flat leaf parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Combine the softened cream cheese and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
  • Drain the sardines and lightly mash them with a fork. Add the sardines to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Mince the shallot and add it to the mixing bowl.
  • Chop the parsley and add it to the mixing bowl.
  • Mix all ingredients together until combined. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve at cold or at room temperature.
