Easy Jalapeño Corn Casserole with Cheddar Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 1 15 oz. can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. pickled jalapenos diced
  • 1 1/2 cups corn muffin mix
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine the corn kernels, cream-style corn, sour cream, corn muffin mix jalapeno peppers in a large bowl. Spread the corn mixture in a greased 8x8 casserole dish. Bake for 40 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over top, and place back into the oven for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
