How to Make a Latke Charcuterie Board for Hanukkah

Ingredients
  

  • 15 potato latkes
  • 18 doughnut holes
  • 8 oz. smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 oz. caviar
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 2 cucumbers sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup cornichons
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • 1 bunch chives minced

Instructions
 

  • Spoon the sour cream, apple sauce, chopped eggs, cucumbers and caviar into small serving dishes. Arrange the dishes around the board.
  • Arrange the potato latkes in a wavy line down the center of the board.
  • Place the smoked salmon, cucumbers and doughnuts holes in various locations on the board. Place lemon wedges anywhere you see empty space.
  • Sprinkle with minced chives.
