How to Make a Latke Charcuterie Board for Hanukkah
Step by step guide to building a festive grazing board for the Jewish holiday!

- 15 potato latkes
- 18 doughnut holes
- 8 oz. smoked salmon
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 1 oz. caviar
- 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
- 2 cucumbers sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup cornichons
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
- 1 bunch chives minced
Spoon the sour cream, apple sauce, chopped eggs, cucumbers and caviar into small serving dishes. Arrange the dishes around the board.
Arrange the potato latkes in a wavy line down the center of the board.
Place the smoked salmon, cucumbers and doughnuts holes in various locations on the board. Place lemon wedges anywhere you see empty space.
Sprinkle with minced chives.
