Ingredients
  

  • 6 chicken thighs boneless, skin on
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
  • In a small bowl, combine the flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Pat the chicken dry and then coat it olive oil. Place the chicken in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with dry seasonings. Bake 35 minutes.
  • In a large skillet, combine the garlic, butter, honey and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat until foamy, whisking constantly.
  • Add the chicken to the pan, spooning the sauce over top. Simmer on low heat until the sauce sticks to the chicken.
