Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

- 6 chicken thighs boneless, skin on
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
In a small bowl, combine the flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Pat the chicken dry and then coat it olive oil. Place the chicken in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with dry seasonings. Bake 35 minutes.
In a large skillet, combine the garlic, butter, honey and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat until foamy, whisking constantly.
Add the chicken to the pan, spooning the sauce over top. Simmer on low heat until the sauce sticks to the chicken.
