Easy Vegan Edamame Hummus with Tahini

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups shelled edamame
  • 4 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 cloves garlic peeled and smashed
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions
 

  • Steam and drain edamame. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Place edamame and all other ingredients into a food processor. Add 3 Tbsp. water. Process until smooth.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
