Easy Hot Honey

- 1 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Pour honey into a small saucepan. Stir in the red pepper flakes and salt.
Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in the apple cider vinegar. Let the honey cool to room temperature.
Position a mesh strainer over a storage container. Pour the hot honey through the strainer to remove the chili flakes. Seal the storage container.
