chickpeas
(garbanzo beans)

of garlic

tahini
Juice of 4 lemons

tsp.
extra virgin olive oil
pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Drain 2 cans of chickpeas and reserve the juice. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend, adding reserved juice until desired consistency is achieved.
