Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Optional: Place the cottage cheese into a fine mesh strainer and let any excess liquid drain out.
  • Put all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
  • Spoon the mousse into individual ramekins or one larger bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
