Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Optional: Place the cottage cheese into a fine mesh strainer and let any excess liquid drain out.
Put all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Spoon the mousse into individual ramekins or one larger bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
