How to Make Homemade Mozzarella Cheese

Only 3 simple ingredients! Milk, vinegar and salt! 

Heat the milk, then pour in the vinegar. Curds & whey will separate. 

Strain out the whey and put curds into a piece of cheese cloth.

Squeeze out all the excess moisture. 

Until it's as dry as possible. 

Now stretch the ball of cheese... 

And fold it over itself. Repeat this step a few times.  

Place the ball of cheese into an ice bath.

Now, slice and enjoy!
