Is a Rosemary Bourbon Sour like a Whiskey Sour?
They are similar. A traditional Whiskey Sour is made with 80-proof bourbon, lemon juice, sugar and sometimes a frothy egg white on top. This Rosemary Bourbon Sour also has quality bourbon and lemon juice, but uses maple syrup instead of sugar, giving it a more earthy kind of sweetness. Speaking of earthy, we are also muddling fresh rosemary leaves, much like you’d muddle mint leaves for a mojito.
