Easy Vegan Edamame Hummus with Tahini

- 4 cups shelled edamame
- 4 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 cloves garlic peeled and smashed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Steam and drain edamame. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Place edamame and all other ingredients into a food processor. Add 3 Tbsp. water. Process until smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
