Spicy Tuna Mayo Onigiri (Japanese Rice Balls)

A creamy tuna filling wrapped in sushi rice & nori

6 simple ingredients is all it takes!

Place a disc of sushi rice in the center of a nori sheet

Top the rice with spicy tuna mixture

Sprinkle chopped cucumbers over the tuna

And cover it over with more sushi rice

Flip the top right corner into the center

Flip the bottom left corner into the center

Now do the bottom right corner

Followed by the top left corner

A low fat, healthy snack or light meal!
