A simple copycat recipe for Cheesecake Factory's famous dish!

Marinate salmon in miso sauce.

Blanch the snow peas. 

While the salmon cooks, make the sake butter sauce. 

Spoon the sake butter over the salmon. 

Top with chopped scallions & sesame seeds. Enjoy!
