Garden Vegetable Soup (Panera Copycat)

Cook the carrots and celery in a little olive oil. 

Add onions, bell peppers and garlic. 

Stir in the dry spices and tomato paste. 

Pour in the broth, brown rice, tomatoes and spinach. 

Don't forget the crusty bread!

A hearty, healthy soup. Just like the Panera version!
