Blueberry Bread Pudding Recipe

Made with brioche, cream cheese & fresh berries

Tear the brioche into pieces & arrange it in a baking dish with the blueberries.

Pour the cream cheese custard over the bread and berries.

Cover and weigh down so that all of the bread is covered.

Bake and cut into squares. 

Don't forget the whipped cream!
