Crispy Cornflake Chicken

So crispy, you won't believe it's not fried!

Start with lean chicken, corn flakes & seasonings.

Pulse cornflakes and dry seasonings in a food processor.

Dredge chicken in flour first...

... then in beaten egg...

... then in the cornflake bread crumbs.

Set on a wire rack and bake! 

Drizzle with spicy maple syrup. So good!
