Chai Spice  Crème Brûlée Recipe

Classic French dessert infused with earthy chai spice

Heavy Cream Egg yolks Sugar Vanilla bean Chai tea

Let the chai tea bags steep in the cream & sugar mixture

Combine cream mixture & egg yolks. Bake in individual cups.

Sprinkle sugar on top and "burn" until caramelized.

Delicious  and  gluten free!
